What happens if I won't be home to receive my box?Updated 5 months ago

UPS policy is to  attempt delivery to you three times before holding your package at a nearby facility. Typically, they can only hold packages for up to 5 business days. If you are not home to sign for your package on all three attempts, you will need to contact your local UPS through the notice left on your door  to schedule a pick up of your package. If they are returning to sender. If you contact them within that 5 day "hold" window - you can go to the facility to sign and pick up your package!  Due to the high volume of shipments we handle daily we are not able to adjust shipping times on individual packages.
