I submitted an order. When will I get my tracking number?Updated 5 months ago

We have a very small team in Walla Walla who carefully packs each order individually! While we'd love to offer Amazon quick shipping, there are a number of factors that can determine shipping times! 

Wine

Once you place your order and get an email confirmation, we begin the fulfillment process. This process can take between 7 - 14 business days depending on the time of year, weather conditions etc, and we do our best to hit the early end of that! 

*New Releases & Collaborations: Due to the demand of some new collaborations on their release date, orders in the first wave can take 2-3 weeks to ship. Orders are shipped in the order they are received in! 

 After we have carefully packed your individual order and prepared it to ship - you will then receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking links and other pertinent information! This email is sent to you as soon as your order leaves our shipping facility! Please Note: If your order is a Pre-Order or a NP Customs Wine order normal shipping times do not apply. 

Other Merchandise

Most merchandise orders ship separately from our merch partners and are fulfilled in 2-7 business days. Tracking info will be sent upon shipment. This means if you order merch and wine together, you will likely receive two separate tracking numbers and your items will arrive separately. 

For our international customers, we appreciate your patience as you wait for your item(s) to arrive. We’ve seen items fly through customs in no time, and in other countries we know incoming shipments have been held for as long as 2-3 months (if there was ANYTHING we could do about that, we would!!) It's largely out of our control, unfortunately!

Coffee

Our coffee comes fresh from the roaster weekly, and orders placed during the prior week go out that day so your coffee is always incredibly fresh!
