How long does it usually take for orders to arrive?Updated 5 months ago

Once you place your order and receive an email confirmation, your order immediately enters into our system. We then check your order for quality and accuracy assurance, and then begin the process of manually packing your individual order. Depending on the current volume of orders in our system, this process will usually take between 7 - 14 business days. Please Note: If your order is a PRE-ORDER or an NP Customs Wine order, normal shipping times do not apply.

Once your order is packed and ships out from our warehouse in Walla Walla, Washington - you can expect a wait time of 3 - 7 business days for it to arrive. This timeline will vary depending on where you are located within the USA! 

For international orders, shipping times vary depending on location, and how much time the order is held in customs. Please anticipate anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks from the time it leaves our warehouse in Washington.
