Yes, you can pause your membership!
Quarterly Wine Club members can pause for up to 2 shipment.
Monthly Wine Club members can pause for up to 3 shipments.
Coffee Club members can pause for up to 3 shipments.
If you would like to pause your membership, please let us know no later than 14 days prior to the next upcoming shipment by reaching out to [email protected].
While you are paused you will not be charged for any membership shipments - but you will still be able to log into your members account, make adjustments, receive exclusive NP sales, discounts and offers - and of course un-pause at ANY time by contacting us at [email protected].
